On the waterway side of Highway 17, a few blocks from Main Street. From Highway 17, turn west onto 2nd Avenue North just past Main Street. The gated entrance is on the right. The neighborhood is inside North Myrtle Beach city limits.
Recent single-family sales have run from about $390,000 to $475,000. These are the five most recent sales on Lorenzo Drive and Marco Avenue:
| Sold | Beds / Baths | Size | Price |
| Sep 2026 | 4 / 2 | 2,352 sq ft | $390,000 |
| Aug 2026 | 3 / 2 | 2,023 sq ft | $475,000 |
| Feb 2026 | 3 / 2 | 1,547 sq ft | $460,000 |
| Nov 2025 | 4 / 3 | 2,681 sq ft | $425,000 |
| Oct 2025 | 4 / 2 | 2,257 sq ft | $450,000 |
Every one of these sold below its list price, and they took about 1 to 3.5 months to sell. Price, condition and updates made a big difference. That tells buyers there is room to negotiate, and it tells sellers that pricing right from day one matters.
A newer section of two-story villas, built around 2021. Some have private boat slips with lifts and deep-water access to the Intracoastal Waterway. A 4-bedroom end-unit villa with a boat slip was listed at $499,000 in 2026. Villa HOA dues are higher, about $525 a month in a recent listing, and include insurance, grounds, internet, pest control and trash. Ask what the master insurance covers and what you need your own policy for.
About $173 a month for single-family homes, based on a recent listing. Listings say the dues cover:
Bellesera does not have a community pool. Your dues go toward the gate, lawn care and grounds, so you get a low-care yard without paying for amenities you may not use.
Recent listings say long-term rentals are allowed. Short-term rental rules depend on the HOA and the City of North Myrtle Beach, so get the current rules in writing before you buy to rent. Listings also show pet restrictions, golf carts allowed and motorcycles allowed.

Homes here do not come up often. I can set up an alert so you see new Bellesera listings the day they hit the market.
Check each address. Bellesera sits between Highway 17 and the waterway, and flood zones are set lot by lot. Look up the exact address on the FEMA flood map and get insurance quotes early. Villas with boat slips sit closer to the water, so price flood coverage on those first.
