THE SHORT ANSWER

When you move to Horry County SC or Brunswick County NC, you will usually set up electric, water and sewer, trash, internet and sometimes natural gas. The right company depends on the exact address. Inside a city or town, the town often handles water, sewer and trash. Outside town limits, the county or a regional authority does.
