Lennar single-family homes on larger homesites, mostly one-story plans.
Check the covenants for rental limits.
If you own a boat or camper, Hunters Trace is one of the few newer Calabash communities where that may work. Get the parking rule in writing for the exact lot before you buy.
Short answer: Calabash is a balanced market. Buyers have more room to negotiate than they did a few years ago, and well-priced homes still sell close to asking. Homes in Hunters Trace follow the same trend, so pricing and condition matter more than ever.

In a balanced market, the first two weeks matter most. Price it right, show it well, and you give buyers a reason to act now. I start every listing with a pricing plan built on recent sales in your section of Hunters Trace, not a town-wide average.
